You don't need a password or an account. The club sends you your own private link — open that and you're in. Save it to your home screen and it keeps working.
Open my pageLost your link, or never had one? Ask the manager or the secretary — they can send you a new one in one click.
What the portal does
- Squad register
- Every player in one place — squad number, position, mobile number. Numbers free up automatically when someone leaves, so next season's number 9 is never a fight.
- Sign-in links, not passwords
- Each player gets their own private link. Nothing to remember, nothing to reset. If a phone goes missing, one click issues a new link and cuts off the old one everywhere.
- Fixture list
- Upcoming and past games with kick-off, meeting time, venue, competition and kit. Postponed games keep their record rather than vanishing, so a rearranged fixture is never lost.
- Kick-off times that stay correct
- A 3pm kick-off entered in March still reads 3pm in November. The clocks changing has caught out more than one club spreadsheet.
- Only the right people
- The secretary and manager maintain the squad and fixtures. Coaches, treasurer and media each see what belongs to them and nothing else.
Coming next
Availability — a text before each game with a yes/no link, so the manager can pick a side without chasing anyone round the village. Then team selection, and the team sheet in the app rather than a group chat.
